All information on this page is subject to change. The University continues to monitor COVID-19 cases globally, 在本地, 以及在充电器社区内. COVID-19疫苗接种

COVID-19 vaccination is not required and exemptions will no longer be required. 我们继续 强烈建议 members of our University community to get vaccinated and to receive booster doses, 当他们符合条件时, and to continue to support the health and safety of the University community.

Students should note that some off-campus clinical sites may have vaccination requirements and/or COVID mitigation procedures in place that students must adhere to. Students participating in these programs should consult with their program or site coordinator regarding compliance with those policies and procedures.

Reporting Illness and COVID-19 Testing

Students who are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 should take appropriate steps to protect others around them and get tested for COVID-19, 无论是在校内还是校外. Students can visit the Nicholson 健康 Center in Sheffield Hall or any off-campus location for COVID-19 testing. On-campus COVID testing may be billed to a student’s health insurance.

Students who test positive for COVID-19 must isolate appropriately (see "隔离和住房," below) and should report their illness 通过疾病通知表 (myCharger需登入). 提交 通过疾病通知表 is required for 教师 to be notified of student adjustment in attendance.

教师 or 工作人员 who are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 should not come to campus and should visit any off-campus location of their choosing for COVID-19 testing. Those who test positive for COVID-19 should isolate appropriately (see "隔离和住房," below) and communicate with their supervisor about their absence. 与…一致 疾控中心隔离指南他来自网赌上分平台 requires all individuals who are COVID positive to isolate. Individuals must have an improvement in symptoms and be fever-free for 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medication such as acetaminophen, 布洛芬, 或者扑热息痛来隔离. 隔离可能持续长达5天.

Students who do not see an improvement in symptoms after 5 days will need to be seen by a healthcare provider to evaluate the need to extend their isolation. Appointments can be made at the Nicholson 健康 Center by 呼叫ing 203-932-7079.

面罩/口罩

所有人都必须戴面罩 有症状的 individuals visiting all University facilities. Individuals who test positive are required to wear a mask for five days after leaving isolation. (A mask is not required for those without symptoms. Individuals may choose to wear a face covering even if they are not ill, and all University community members are asked to respect their choice).

The COVID-19 vaccine is not required for visitors 和客人 to campus. 客人和访客 强烈建议 to either be vaccinated against COVID-19 and boosted, 如果符合条件, or to get tested within 72 hours prior to visiting campus and should not come to campus if feeling ill.
